Her life's mission is focused on advancing this purpose. Felicia's devotion to the Creator and King fuels her ambition and pursuit of excellence, expecting nothing less from herself and everyone associated with Newford. Felicia earned a Master's Degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty University.
As the Executive Director, Deaidre is the engine of Newford. She excels in her field, demonstrating unparalleled dedication and determination. Her relentless efforts have been pivotal in establishing companies poised to make a significant impact on the world. Deaidre's unwavering commitment to Newford's vision has driven its growth and success, making her the driving force behind the organization. She earned a Master's Degree in International Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
No one cheers harder, louder, or greater for Newford than Kne'Elle. As a member of the Board of Directors, Kne'Elle brings fresh and creative ideas from a millennial perspective. She infuses the executive team with unique energy and offers innovative options that enhance the success, endurance, and integrity of Newford's products, services, and brand name. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Benedict College. She is also certified in Applied Science in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Management from Ivy Tech Community College.
